WEBER ESCAL d.o.o. is Croatia's first private enterprise offering unaddressed mail shots and distribution. Established 22nd July 1994.

Within the activity of unaddressed distribution we are part of the Österreichische Post AG group.
Annual turnover is cca 2.000.000 € and increasing.

Since November 2007. a part of the group is also a company ST Media from Bjelovar. We are working together on Croatian market under the name Weber Escal since December 2007. Our head quarters are in Croatian capital Zagreb.

Our main activity is unaddressed distribution of marketing material, catalogues and leaflets:
- to letter boxes /unaddressed mail shots /
- in public places /handouts /

We currently have 70 full time employees and over 450 distributors in 18 distribution centres. Our distributors can deliver 500,000 marketing leaflets/flyers throughout Croatia daily.

Professionalism

• We are the only company in Croatia whose sole activity is the distribution of marketing material and samples
• All of our distributors are trained on distribution techniques, legal obligations and public relations
• We have at our disposal precise data for every household and its makeup throughout the whole of the Republic of Croatia
• Prior to every distribution project we provide a daily work plan to our client and upon completion a detailed report outlining quantities
• A client may at any time interrogate the quality of our distribution/mail shot

Mobility

• During any distribution activity all of our employees have a vehicle – otherwise, because of the sheer weight of material the task would be impossible to accomplish  

Checks

• Quality Assurance Agents are present at all times and in every distribution area throughout to ensure  the functionality and quality of our distributors' work and should it be deemed necessary intervene
• At the end of day the Agents deliver reports supported by photographic documentation
• All of our distributors have on their persons a mobile phone at all times ensuring they can be reached by our Agents and Distribution Managers enabling real time checking of the distribution project underway
